Thank you all for your advise! I'm a week out and I've actually lost a few pounds. I got pretty sick and that's why it had to be drained. We are going to start with fills again around Dec 2nd. I'm not too worried about it now. I've noticed that I def can not eat as much as before surgery. I'm still exercising and the only thing I ate remotely bad this week was Subway

Hi All- I've had my band for 18 months and yesterday had it completely drained. It was too tight and was starting to cause issues. Has anyone else had this happen and if so...were you as completely freaked out about weight gain as I am right now? I'm barely 24 hours in and I've checked my weight a dozen times and am counting every single calorie that I'm in-taking. They are going to start again with my fills on Dec 2nd and right now that seems scary far away Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

I was banded on April 22nd. Since then my doctor has been very pro-active with me and filling my band. I'm up to 6.25ccs. I'm not eating nearly as much now....but the weight isn't really coming off like I guess I expected it to. My starting weight was 254.5 and I’m at 230.5 now. I feel the difference in my clothes and people around say they can tell... I just feel like I'm not doing something right! I've been exercising regular....lots of walks and hikes every day. Is this a good weight to be at now? I know this is suppose to be slow and that's a good thing... just wanna see how other people are doing I guess. I'm eating exactly how my doctor says I should eat... I guess I just need to be patient Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks I just wanted to make sure I was on track with what I'm suppose to be losing!! It def helps reading stories up here!!
