This is difficult to do because I am currently failing at my weight loss. I did very well for the first few months, but then I started testing my boundaries. I have discovered that I can still eat almost everything that I was told wouldn't be possible. I started at 239 and got down to 190, but then I gained back some and ended up at 220. I am currently at 212.
