Try and stay in the 800 range of calories, you will lose faster and eat every 2 hours - alittle something. As far as crackers - try the pepperidge farm style - they are wheat and flavorful, alot of different types. I found them at Targets and bought a hummus spicy dip - oh so yummy, but I cant eat that yet. I get mushy next week, and then the following week, I get crackers, salads, and then the 5th week, I get chicken, steak and then corn chips and salsa - basically anything that I can introduce
