Anyways... Congrats on the 11 pounds. Ive been weighing myself daily, and charting, and have lost 7.4 lbs since last Thursday. I just finished the clear liquid diet - oh so yummy (not).. LOL and now on the shakes, smoothes, pudding, oatmeal, cream of wheat and tomato soup. Cant say that I am having more than 500 calories a day. Not too hungry and in the meantime just started that TOM, which will put me down all weekend.. Cant tell if its cramps or the lapband. LOL
