2- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves 1/2 c bread crumbs 1/4 parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or I use pam) 1 beaten egg(I use egg beaters) sliced lowfat mozzarella cheese(i used american slices) favorite jar marinara sauce Directions-- --Spread the 1 T of olive oil into the bottom of your crockpot --whip the egg with the fork in a seperate bowl Serve with your favorite Pasta for family. I just ate it without pasta. --mix the bread crumbs with the seasonings and the parmesan cheese in another seperate dish --dip the chicken into the egg- coating both sides and then into the bread crumb mix coating both sides as well --place the chicken breast in the bottom of the crockpot --layer 2 -3 slices of mozzarella cheese on top --cover with entire jar of marinara sauce --close lid and cook on low for 6-7 hrs or high for 3-4-if your chicken is frozen it will take longer Seve with your favorite pasta. I used penne pasta. enjoy!

Making chicken in the crockpot with breadcrumbs and then my favorite marinara sauce on top. And some lowfat shredded cheese on top.

I'm in and will work on 8lb loss since just starting solids today.

Not sure what your drs preop liquid plan is but if you are able to have the protein shakes- my dr just said if you are hungry-then just add another one. Hope this helps. I also had alot of jello.

hey gals- i am two weeks post op tomorrow and been having this pretty intense pressure pain right in the middle center of my chest. any ideas?? is that too high for the band?? or i also had a hiatal hernia repair?(could that be it) i dont have to eat anything for it to bother me-sometimes first thing in the am its already bothersome especially when i bend over??

where do you find the davinci syrup?

Hi there, I was just banded 8-20-10 and am still recovering. so far so good with the plan. would love to have a buddy to ask questions of and give me motivation to keep moving forward. look forward to the eventual outcome of losing about 100lbs:thumbup:

Hi my name is Marie and I live in AZ. Have had trouble with my weight most of my life. i have about 90 lbs to lose. Today was the hardest part in reference to pain. Probably yesterday I was still a little out of it and the incision didnt hurt like they do today. Dr prescribed liquid pain med(hydrocodone) and dissolvable nausea meds that just melt in your mouth. I have been sleeping in my recliner because getting out of a flat bed is much too hard just now. I also had an hiatal hernia that was repaired at the same time. My throat is pretty sore. dr told me they would put in a breathing tube, but also a second tube to get the band through. My voice is still raspy and just been gargling with salt Water to relieve it. Best of luck to all who have already been banded and those who are considering it.
