I am new here so not sure what I am doing. Hope this works. Well I had my consult with my surgeon yesterday and signed all the consents. I am having the lapband surgery on May 11th. I have been on the pre-op diet since Tuesday. It has been difficult but not impossible. Two protein shakes a day for two meals and 4 oz protein and 1/2 cup vegetables for one meal. Certainly not used to living on that little but guess I better get used to it real fast. :thumbup: I am hoping that this is all going to be worth it. Have read so much from people who are so glad they did and others who regret it terribly. Hard to know what to expect. Would love to hear from some of you.
