Well I have no lapband story as of yet! I was browsing the internet for information & came across this site. My personal story is probably like everyone elses that struggles with their wieght. I have done about every diet program out their & some with great success but I also acknowledge that I tend to not keep it off for long! My heaviest was 286, I lost down to 168 but now up to 210! I have a husband that is a fit 54 yr. old that always has excercised and two girls that are built like him (one is a personal trainer). Our son has trouble with his wieght like me. I am actually a great healthy cook but I tend to eat while cooking. I have started to realize when I am emotionally down I will stop somewhere and get myself a treat! I don't know when that started but probably since Christmas and the family drama at work. I have family that has had the stomach by-pass and other friends and family that have had the band! I am just starting to look into lap bands. So yea, I am needing information!
