Couple of question that I have. I have started the protein powder drinks in the morning and afternoon (Doctor said to about 2+ weeks).:thumbdown: I have been mixing mine with v-fusion, still taste like road kill. What do you mix with it? Tried water, milk but it just is wrong.
My wife is supporting me and what needs to be done. Just how long on the water/liquid diet. Cravings? Depressed after? I am a easy going nothing fazes me. Just want to get off on the right foot and do it right the first time. Thank for the help.
