For years I have struggled with my weight. I have tried every diet you can think of. I have a friend at work that told me about the lap-band. She had her surgery 8/2009 and has lost 70 big one's. The thing I like about it is how healthy she looks. I am having my surgery 4/29/2010 and I am so excited. The liquid diet has been really hard. I started it on 4/17/2010 and have only lost 7 pds as of 4/26/2010. Has anyone ever only lost 10 or less pounds before surgery?
