Just wanted to add my 2 cents in about Dr Faccundus in Huntsville, Al. I did not have the lapband and opted for the full bypass with Dr Malipur in Huntsville, AL. I first consulted with Dr Faccundus and yes he charges you a lot of out of pocket fees to fill out forms, consult with his aides etc never see the doctor. They are what I call not user friendly and did not get any warm fuzzies them so I had heard great things about Dr. Mailpur and I went him and they were all true, he is wonderful I had the full bypass and am doing great, no regrets!!!!
