hi maria. thanks for sharing ur good news! and thats great and would love to be "bandaids" i need support right now! im going thru a tough time with the opti-fast right now! i havent given in or cheated, but feel lost without my food right now! i know that this is what i need and want so that is why im having such a problem with this! why do i feel this way knowing that this is the best thing that could happen to me?
