i started this journey over 2 years ago! i would start the process and then back out till i finally had enough and decided i have to do this right now! I WANTED MY LIFE BACK..... i heard a commercial for a free lap band and went to the web site filled out everything but knowing i probably wouldnt win i did more reading and decided to just keep going with finding out info on insurance and calling doctors and doing everything they had on the list! so now im here...just a few weeks away from my surgery (may 18th) and so excited, scared, hopeful, nervous, and the list goes on! im here now to meet others that have gone through it or are getting ready to go through it! im here to get help as well as give it! and very thankful there is this kind of support out there for us!
