I just had my surgery on june 8, 2010 and i haven't told anyone but my mother and sister. I'm kind of afraid of how everyone will take it also. -
I hate protein shakes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had maybe a total of 5 since my surgery on june 8, 2010 and i just can't force myself to drink anymore. I live in ga and was wonder do anyone know where i can buy the flavorless protein powder????

I am 5 days post-op and I must say thing are going very well. I have one single incision which is great. I'm still dealing with gas pain in my chest which is the worse part of the surgery. But just want to wish all the other people that are getting banded in June GOOD LUCK!!!! -
How to get rid of the gas????

I just had my surgery yesterday and the worst part is the gas. I'm taking gas x and tried to walk around a little but its not working. Do anyone have any suggestions???? -

It offical I'm banded!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not in any pain just a little achy near my incision and haven't even taken any pain meds other then that I feel great!!!!!!! -

Did you cheat on pre-op liquid diet

Im on day 7 of my pre-op diet and so far so good. I've wanted to cheat but don't want to take the risk so I've been living off of yogurt, pudding cups, cottage cheese, diet tea, and of course protein shakes. My big day is June 8. Wish everyone much success!!!!!! -

Ok i just found out that i got approved today and i sooooo excited. My surgery is scheduled for june 8, 2010 at 8 am!!!!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pics coming soon
