I have ALWAYS struggled with weight. After being diagnosed with high blood pressure at only 16 years, I realized I had to do something. Diet and exercise alone wasn't cutting it. Eventually, after about 2 years on blood pressure medicine, my blood pressure was running great... the weight was going up. I was diagnosed with PCOS in the summer of 2009 and researched and found out, losing weight can help that go away. But... with PCOS its hard as heck to lose weight. Realize Band was something I had seen many ad's on TV for, and thought would be a great tool to help me. 8 months later, I was on the operating table. Wouldn't change it for anything! Throughout the 7 month process of appointments, dieting, exercising, and losing a little weight, I had my parents (my mom did it with me), my sister and her husband, my boyfriend, and some friends supporting me 100% and I couldn't of done it without any of them! What you need to keep in mind throughout this process is EXERCISE, DIET, AND SUPPORT SYSTEMS are key! Best of luck to you all :)
