I am just in the beginning stages, I have been overweight my entire life. I have lost a lot of weight in the past was down to 195 last year. I am still uncertain if i am going to do the surgery, my insurance starts paying for it Jan 1, 2011. I have started my nutritional counseling. Looking for any advice, I am most interested in what is life like after surgery, not immeadiately after but for the years down the line.
