my diet is kinda the same.. low fat, no carbs... I have only cheated twice.. I gave up my soda because I realize I will probably never be able to have it again anyway... I am just waiting waiting waiting! LOL where are you located? I am in AZ and it's getting hot and all I can think of is that this will be the last summer I am so uncomfortable because of my weight!! WOOHOO Go US! LOL
