Hi Marw, Have not heard from you in a long time. Welcome back and thanks for the comment on my profile page. As of this morning even though weigh in day in Friday, I am down 60 lbs. I cannot believe it 60lbs. And it has not been easy to this is NOT the easy way out. I am working for it. Nice to hear from you. Judy
