I am doing good, just waiting for the next appointment. I have four to go to and the last one is October 11th. If that is the last one. Wow, my doctor is sure giving me a good physical. But so far everything is ok and I continue on. My plans are to get banded in December but they have not even given me a hint when it is going to happen. I am trying. I have given up pop completely and don't eat between meals. But my weight goes up 2 lbs and then down 2 lbs. I even joined the gym and ride the bike for 30 mins. I just need that help like all of you have. I get so tired of feeling hungry. I yelled at my poor husband the other day cause I was so hungry and I felt bad but did not care and just walked away. Thank the Lord he loves me....LOL. I will let you know after next week is over and how I made out with all of my appointments. Again, Love the picture.
