I'm happy since the fill. It's so nice to not have uncontrolled hunger! I had the same challenge as you when I started 3x per day. The protein was tough to get. Salmon and shrimp worked great for me. Brlynike has a great recipe on one of her blogs. It's very healthy and tasted great. Seafood is full of protein. Good luck!
