I love the Flintstones Complete Chewable. I use that in the morning and then the Centrum Silver chewable in the afternoon. The Flintstones has iron in it that the Centrum does not.
  2. Thanks for the friend request - I look forward to following your progress in your posts!

  3. Thanks for your support on my blog today - you are a blessing! I can believe that blogging helps us do better . . . it helps us focus and learn from others. Have a great night! Rose

  4. Hey Blondi - how are you? Where are you? Haven't heard from you in a bit - hoping all is well. Best wishes . . Rose

  5. Hi Shonette, it's a rainy day here in Michigan which means a walk on the treadmill instead of outside with my dog . ..not my first choice, but at least I'll get in the walk. I hit "Onederland" today - yay. It's not that I've lost so terribly much (I still have 70+ pounds to go), I am only 4'11", so I'll be working in the 100s for a while to get where I need to be. I'm just thrilled with the band and how it works for me. Hope you are having good days . .. Rose

  6. Love the new pix - you look so happy!!

Last Day of Liquid Diet before Surgery

Best wishes Loyalfriend . . . be kind to yourself and give yourself time to heal, but luckydog is right - walk whil you're doing it! Can't wait to hear how you're doing. Prayers and hugs .. .
  9. It wasn't a white rabbit I chased And there's no Cheshire Cat. The only grin is on MY face. And in this new amazing place, Each day unfolds With new possibilities to embrace. My journey began so long ago, With ups and downs, I'm sure you know. But now in ONEDERLAND, I know I will NEVER return to TWODERVILLE!!:tt2: My husband and I were stuck in a car for several hours and got bored . .. hence the poor attempt at poetry! I have reached onederland (granted this is my early morning, in my birthday suit weight - but I'm there!!) . . .and I know I have a long ways to go yet in onederland (I am only 4' 11"), but I am so thankful for this opportunity with the band and I'm also thankful for my new found support on this site - we all share a common journey and goal with similar highs and lows along the way - it's just great how we support each other. So, today is a good day - hope yours is too. God bless!

    New Photo

Doctors . . can't live without them . . .but so time consuming. I pray all of your appointments go well. And I hope your foot straightens around soon, I dealt with blisters a few years ago when I was walking and losing weight - turned out my shoes were actually too big - as I had lost weight, I needed a smaller size, even though it was only over the course of a couple of months - who knew? I am finding myself in the same boat as you as far as a first fill - just don't need it yet and feeling great. Best wishes and God Bless!!

    Start of a new life!

Thanks for sharing so honestly hawyn. I have found that simply having the band and having less appetite is enough for me to handle things without turning to food . . I just seek out other avenues, mostly walking like you said. You will do fine and will be amazed at your success . . . Best wishes and God bless.
