How are you doing, Shiba? It is certainly cooling off and making walking much nicer! I work at a school, so this is heading into our busy, busy time of year, but my goal is to continue walking at least a mile each night. Have a great weekend! Rose

Darn it . . I had a whole response typed up and hit the wrong button and lost it - arghhh! Anyway . . your pictures are amazing! I love seeing the progress in the green shirt - what a good idea! You asked about my surgery date on your post to my site . . it was 7/15/10 and since starting the pre-op diet, I've lost 38 pounds - as best I can figure . . I did not have any bathroom scales before surgery. I hit "Onederland" the end of August and am thrilled! I have a long way to go in the "onesies" - I am only 4' 11", but I'll just keep plugging along - just like you . . .it's great, huh? Best wishes... Rose

You look amazing! Thanks for sharing your pictures, it is inspiring to see your progress and the changes! You had asked about my surgery date on your post to my site . . it was 7//15/10 and I've lost about 38 pounds, I think. I didn't have any bathroom scales at home before surgery, so it's difficult to monitor until I go to the dr.'s office and get an "official" weight. In any case, I couldn't be happier. I hit "Onederland" the last week of August . . .which is great, but I'm only 4'11", so I have a long way to go in the onesies yet. Hi Bklynike, how are ya? How is your journey going? I am like you and have not had a fill yet . . still not feeling the need - how about you? My weight loss has slowed considerably, but is still going in the right direction and it's ok with me if it comes off slowly. How many days are you going to the gym? I am not able to get to a gym, so I walk as much as I can. My arms don't get much workout that way and I need to find something to do to help my "bat wings" - ughh!

There you are!! Good to hear from you and I'm so glad you are doing well and losing so well. I visited your pictures and can see such a difference in your face - good for you! I work at a school, so we are just getting into my busiest time of year and my big fear is getting too busy to walk each night (that happened to me this same time when I lost weight on my own 2 years ago). But I'm just making the commitment to get in at least a mile each night . .. that has to be doable, right? I haven't had a fill yet . . .not sure when I'll be ready for that, just playing it by ear. Everything else is going really well and I'm thankful everyday for this decision and this tool. Have good days . . .Rose
