Hello everyone! I am Coco from New York City!! I have finally admitted to myself that I needed a tool to help me lose weight, and I am scheduled to have LAP-BAND® surgery on June 18th! Please keep me in your prayers and wish me luck!!! Any suggestions out there on great tasting protein shakes???:thumbup:

Don't start feeling blue- talk to your doctor - and be positive. Start following a low fat diet and throw in some exercise daily. You will continue losing weight and feeling good about yourself. You can do it!!! Don't allow negative thoughts to throw you off! We are all here working hard and cheering on each other to succeed in this battle of obesity - and you will succeed- we are all here for you!! Best wishes!:thumbup: -
OH - OK- I SAW MUSCLE MILK IN GNC- HOWEVER- CAN I JUST USE THE REGULAR MUSCLE MILK OR MUST I USE THE DIET??? THANK U FOR THE SUGGESTION - AND I WILL STAY AWAY FROM ACTIVIA!

Wow your side by side pic is amazing!! You go girl!!! All will be ok- keep researching and do your thing- all will work out! I have a surgery date of June 18th- and I am so looking forward to losing the weight. Like you, I have a sweet tooth- but I am going to do my best to leave the excessive snacking behind! Wish me luck!!!
