Girl.. I have a sensitive stomach, i had restrction after my first fill. I have had 4 fills, and the last one was MArch 1st. I am at my sweet spot. But thats me. Eveyone is so different! I think what really helped me is sticking to the 3oz of protein at lunch and dinner and only 1/2 cup of veggies. I really stuck to the "program" at first. What might help is jsut telling your mind, that the initial weight loss is the hardest. When you get closer to goal, you have way mroe freedom! I do. Just keep positive and try really hard to stick to the band rules. It gets easier later. =)
