Hey there. Congrats on being banded. Best decision I've ever made for myself...really. To answer your question, I workout A LOT...and lots besides kickboxing (I only do that once a week). My workout routine varies, but I try to mix it up my cardio and weights. I work out about 5 days a week. Weights are key. Cardio will help you lose pounds, but if you want to try and avoid the extra skin, you have to build muscle underneath. Also, the muslce helps burn fat, so you're doing yourself a double favor. I have 2 personal trainers that have really helped me along the way (I only work out with them once a week though).
