Started my cooking! Well sort of...Getting the house all ready for tomorrow!

What the hell....I was just on here the other day...everything is different! ugh!

I have only had four. The first was 1cc and the other two were 3/4cc's and last Friday I had 1cc. I feel very little restriction. I mean very little, almost nothing...How many did you have before you started to feel restriction?

I have only lost 30. I mean it is good, but still. I have not really worked that hard, but I am back on the ball again. Joined LA Fitness so I will be good. Thanks! I am starting to feel so good about myself again.

Hey, glad it went well. Yeah not a big difference at all. But, if you notice you eat just a tiny bit less. Not a lot, but you do. I have been good thanks. I get my 4th fill Wed. My co-worker is on his fourth and he said he fills a ton of restriction. So he has been losing a lot again. He still eats and everything, but very little and feels satisfied. He was stuck for a while too, but I think he is doing really good now. When do you go back?
