So, yeah I'm on day 3 and having the same issue...when I walk up the statirs or talk too much...I am finding that it is getting better though the more I move around, and cough, no runny nose though. These gas pains are killing me..and I feel full for hours on 4 0z. I'm just waiting for this horrible phase to pass. -
Hello, I got banded yesterday 1/5/11....I'm feeling really sore too,mostly where the port is (behind my navel). I really have no appetite, sipping on 2-4 oz of broth every half hour or so. I'm just looking forward to healing, so I'm trying to move around, but not over do it.

That was a great post. I'm being banded in 2 days and am feeling really anxious and afraid. I hope I can do as well as you have, thanks for your thoughts.
