I have a hard time losing weight, I have tried every diet there is to man, women, every cabbage, weight watchers, atkins, grapefruit  need i go on.. I am 58 years old and I have acid reflux, sleep apnea, asthma, so this will help these conditions. I have already been thru the 6 months of dietiary conditions.  I have done the 30 30 30 rule, sipping, eating for 20 minutes so i am ready to do this. I have lost 16 pounds on my own from doing these rules but still need the band.. I am ready.. will post pic of before and after... would like comments on anyone on how they are doing before and after any concerns i should have.. thanks
