Well after having my last child I gained so much weight I didn't like myself. I tried every diet you chould name and was able to lose weight but couldn't keep it off. Two weeks ago I decided to weigh myself thinking im going to way in around the 280 mark, no I weighed in at 308lbs. I felt depressed and when I saw the commercial for the relize band I decided that's for me. I don't want to lose weight for no one but me I want to feel like I have controll over food and not food have controll over me.
