I am 27 years old and my parents braught the lap band surgery up to me. I have a 3 year old little girl and want to be healthy and be able to be active with her. I went to the seminars and was convinced it was for me. With the support of my friends and family they helped me get through it. I had my surgery 4/19/2010 and am recovering. I am very excited for this new journey I am starting.
