i do have scars but its TINY you can barely see it. i dont use anything for it. i have been told fish oil helps as well. i make sure i work out and lose weight slowly
hello there!!! you will get there and i promise you ull be happy..... I dont keep track of calories or anything like that i just eat healthy and work out everyday well i work out 5 times a week for an hour and if you would like to know more just let me know n i could make u a list of what i eat and what kind of work out if u like me to.
