Hi Faith 23 I added a comment on what i thought was your post but i find out that it was on someone elses. (boy do i feel dumb) anyway i think you said your surgery date is the 29th. mine too. maybe we can kinda keep up with one another and compare notes after surgery and maybe help each other through this deal. going for my presurgery phycal the 23rd I think im a little nervous. r u ? well take care

Hi Faith23 I must have gotten on this site just as you were getting off. My date is the 29th also. And yes I'm a bit nervous . Didnt you have those group meetings and have them explain what you could and couldnt eat? I had to go through 6 months of group meetings as well as a trainer for exercize and see a dietician. where are you from? im in maine , maybe different places do different things. anyway good luck next Fri. Im sure we'll both do fine
