had a stroke 14 years ago because of a car accident, was layed up for 3 years trying to learn everything over again. during that time i put on a lot of weight after i could walk and talk agin I tryed to lose the extra weight but could never get it off. ended up with dieibetis 2 high bp as well as many other things finally desided that this was the only way i was going to be able to lose weight, get healthy and be able to play with my granchildren for years to come. Ive having surgery the 29th of april 2010 ( in 9 days ) after a lot of research and group meetings, it seems that being prepared mentally is a big part of being succesful. I think Im ready mental Id take any advise from you folks that have been there I can always use it
