I am a 35 year old mother of 5 beautiful children. I have been overweight since having my first child and it has been increasingly worse with each child. I have had the last 4 children in 6 years. I have tried every weight loss plan/diet pill in the world without success. I am desperate!!! I had insulin dependent diabetes with my last pregnancy and know I am headed towards IDDM if I don't get this weight off.
