  1. Well congradulation on making the decision on a new you. My experience with Strax went well. I'm a nurse so I didn't have a lot a questions. I think Strax weakness is proving detail information about what to expect. So ask a lot of question and do a lot of research.

    Surgery day went well. The nurse who took care of me was a classmate while attending nursing school. I spent 1 hour at per-op, met with Dr. Chio we went over all the things I should expect after surgery.

    After surgery I didn't feel much pain but I did feel alot of pressure in my chest. I stayed in post-op for an hour then I was discharged home.

     

    The pressure lasted for about 9 days before I could get some relief. I took gas-x but it didn't help that much. People say walking around help and for me it did.

     

    I'm happy to know someone else is having surgery with Straxs too. Lets keep in touch and we could be weight loss buddys. So keep me posted. How is you'ur pre-op diet going?
