I don't mind the Isopure in small quantities (2-4oz) and when it is very cold. I learned a trick that might help you sneak some Protein in - use Isopure in place of cold Water when making sugar free Jello.
I use Alpine Punch Isopure and SF Mixed Fruit Jello. Mix Jello with one cup boiling water, but then in place of 1 cup cold water use 1 cup cold Isopure.
