I feel exactly like you described. I am probably eating a little less because I am intentionally trying to do so. And as I finish that meal, I find that I am adequately full. My problem is that I am hungry again before the next meal . .. not ravenous, but hungry. I have not had trouble with any food and I'm also losing pretty well . . .so why get another fill? I'm just not sure. I surely don't want to get another fill and have trouble. My schedule is similar to yours except meals are closer together . ..6:45 for bkfst, lunch at 12:00 and supper at 4:45. I have an hour commute home and if I try to wait to eat supper at home, then it is after 6:00 and I'm waay too hungry for my own good. So this makes a long night after supper, but that's when I do my walking and drink lots of water too. Overall, I am so happy with this, I just want to use it to my best benefit.
