thanks for your kind words. Lets just say I had over 250 pds. to lose so I guess when you look at the big picture its not that much lost. I tell my self that that it is a good start though. When I look at the big picture it brings me down that I have to lose the amount that most people on here start their jorney at. I seen your pictures and you are doing awsome and look great.
