Just 17lb off my desired weight always striving to keep the weight off. I exercise most days and I'm fitter now than I was in my thirties. Protein is the hardest thing for me to achieve daily so I take spirulina tablet x3 per meal, they make me feel more energized. It will be 10 years in February 2020 since my RYN and I have absolutely no regrets except maybe wishing I'd had it done 30 years earlier but hey ho. Happy and active sounds good to me .
