Good to know about the skin! I am hoping to work out as much as possible while losing weight so I can tighten as much skin as possible I get to schedule my surgery in probably 2 weeks when my insurance company responds! I am so excited! After hearing what a few people have said on here I am a little concerned with my recovery process and if I will lose weight quickly or not. I have a tendency to lose weight fast, but I am worried if I will end up like alot of other Lap Band people. Thanks for getting back to me!
