I have mentally came to a point in my life where I have realized that normal diets, "life style changes", and whatever else you want to name these things, do not work for me. Whether it is lack of will, love of food, genetics...I have come to the point where I need drastic, permanent help. I will have my first lapband doctor visit on 28 April 2010, where they give you the sales pitch and begin the screening process. So, we shall see where this takes us. I am 6, 3", approximately 350 lbs (guessing there) and 44 years old. I have sleep apnea, diabetes 2, high blood pressure and high cholesterol...the super combo for an early death.Will update more as the process continues.
