Hello SwissMiss, I am now at 184 lbs and counting it has slowed up a bit but that's ok...I love my band and what it has done for me. How is your progress I know you look amazing. My goal I think will be 165 lbs we will see because I am looking pretty thin now. I need to update my profile pic because I weighed about 239 on that one. Take care and holla back!
