You're Welcome! I have 4.4cc in my 10cc band. When I do go to the gym I really push myself but I find I haven't been as consistent as I think I could be. I just order a bike and I'm waiting for it to arrive, and I'm joining a water aerobics class on Monday. It's at a local senior center, LOL. So the thought is that I won't have an excuse to not do something at least once a day.
