Still trying to figure this website out. I started my preop this past week and lost the 8 lbs I needed to lose before surgery. I hope to lose a few more before surgery and am committed to do so. I am still quite nervous about the
actual procedure even though my Dr and her staff are wonderful. Since I am self pay this whole process has taken me less than a month to get a date for surgery. How did your process go?

Started my preop on Monday weighed today and lost 8 lbs. I do 2 protein drinks breakfast and lunch and have a lean cuisine for dinner. I still have coffee in the am drink it black though. Good Luck to you. -

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am self paying for this procedure so I am hoping that keeps me in line too. Day 1 was no problem. I tend to be a stress eater and right now my stress level is pretty high with my job, remodeling my house etc. and eating has always been my comfort.

Started pre op today with Dr Tiffany Jessee Clearwater FL not too bad, 2 shakes a day and 1 real meal. No carbs.. I am looking forward to this surgery but am also very nervous.
