Like so many others I have battled this weight thing my whole life. Gain, lose, gain more, tried it all way too many times way too much money and time. Now I am at my heaviest and am just tired. Tired of feeling tired, tired of my joints hurting, not doing the things I like to do and finding too many excuses to avoid them. My insurance does not cover this but I have to believe that losing this weight will make this money well spent. I have my Dr approval, my xrays, my bloodwork, my psych evaluation and my nutrition class out of the way. My first Dr visit was on March 30 and my surgery date is on April 28th. I started my preop diet today and need to lose 8 pounds before surgery. My Dr Tiffany Jessee and her staff have been wonderful. I have all the trust in the world that I will receive the best care available.I am excited to get this underway and finally feel that there is an answer to this struggle. I am encouraged to see that so many others have their answer too.Now that I have had my surgery and am so thankful I did. I am down over 30 lbs and several inches after one month. I would recommend this process to anyone struggling with weight loss and hope that you will take the journey too. May 26th.
