I have been overweight for 26 years. I have Fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, liver disease, migraines, arthritis, asthma. I have thought about lap band surgery for over 2 years. I finally made a decision to visit a surgeon early this year. I believe my final straw was looking in the mirror and see how large I had become.
