I am still undecided. I attended a seminar last week and have made an appointment for the pre surgery. You know all the initial contact stuff so they can submit it to the insurance company. In the mean time I have heard alot of people lossing on the protein shakes so started to supplement breakfast with that. I am losing about a pound a week. In the mean time I will continue the protein shakes and go to the appointment on the 19th....
