I decided to have Lap Band after my husband decided to have it. WE both were banded on January 15, 2010 and the journey has brought us much closer together. I have struggled with my weight all my life but always maintained it below the 200's until I got pregnant with my first child and blew up to 275 and then with my second child I coudl not lose anything and sat at 290's. After much frustration I decided that getting the lap band was the best step for me and my health.
