Hi Beautiful! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I just spent 8 days in hospital. My L5 ruptured - still have piece of disc/bone floating around spine but have been able to avoid back surgery so far. Amazing how the body is! YEAH!! for you for working with advocacy group - nothing more rewarding in the world than helping others see their own potential and offering people the tools to make their worlds better.
