Hey there Sandra, I got your post to my blog, and I am interested in the Slim fast in the freezer thing. I am a huge Ice Cream and Ice cup fan, so which kind of slim fast do you use, the one already maid in the can and just pour it into something and freeze it or do you use the powder and make it and freeze it. Please let me know. I think that is probably a better alternative then Ice cream or sherbert or anything like that!!! LOL!!! Thanks
