Yep, I've tried what feels like hundreds of weight loss diets since 1986. I lost over 100 lbs on Phen Phen, and gained it all back when that opportunity went away. I am so excited about Lap Band, and I'm doing a lot of research in advance of my surgery, which will probably be in late May or early June.
